The Advocate Behind the Services
Every senior care plan begins with understanding, and that starts with the person guiding the process. Nadene Bradburn, BCPA, founded The Elder Care Advocate after a 25-year career in healthcare leadership, where she led EMS systems, physician groups, and hospital departments. She holds a Master’s in Health Systems Management from Rush University and is a Board-Certified Patient Advocate.
Her work is shaped by personal experience as well. At 24, Nadene survived a ruptured brain aneurysm and temporary paralysis, giving her a deep understanding of healthcare from both sides of the system. Years later, caring for her own aging family members and serving as a volunteer Ombudsman revealed just how fragmented elder care can be—and how urgently families need trusted guidance.
