There were nurses in each doctors’ office who explained why certain treatments were recommended, but Nadene was the one that made sure they were talking to each other as well as me and that nothing fell through the cracks. This was during COVID and some of my doctors’ visits were virtual. It took some time, but eventually things came together. Nadene told me exactly what was going on at every step, and she was optimistic and kind throughout.

Nadene is an angel. She stayed by my husband’s and my side for two years as while his Alzheimer’s got worse. I was always anxious about the billing — it felt overwhelming — but she took the time to explain the statements I gave her.

After he passed, she helped me pack up his belongings and made sure everything with the accounts was settled. There was even a refund owed to us, and Nadene kept calling until the company finally sent the check.

She still calls me to check and see how I’m doing. Two years later, when my son had a work accident, no one at the hospital realized it was a worker’s comp case. It caused a lot of confusion with the hospital and rehab bills. I called Nadene and once again she stepped in. She worked with the insurance and rehab facility until they accepted the coverage and got everything straightened out.
