We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. All medical questions should be directed at a licensed healthcare provider. Our role is limited to non-medical advocacy, coordination, and logistical support.

How to Request Urgent Help by Text
Please include the following in your message so we can respond quickly:
Your full name
Best phone number (if different from the one you’re texting from)
Email address
Location (hospital/facility type & city, “doctor’s office” and specialty, or “home”)
Who needs help (relationship or “self”)
Brief situation (1–2 sentences — e.g., “Mom admitted after fall, discharge tomorrow” or “Surgeon recommends treatment next week but I want 2nd opinion”)
Urgency level (today, 24 hours, or this week)

We will respond and arrange a call to understand your situation and if it fits within our scope of practice. You will then receive a link for your review and signature. Before substantive work can begin you will need to confirm your acceptance of:
