Nadene is someone who supports patients throughout the entire healthcare journey. There were nurses in each doctors’ office who explained why certain treatments were recommended, but Nadene was the one that made sure they were talking to each other as well as me and that nothing fell through the cracks. This was during COVID and some of my doctors’ visits were virtual. It took some time, but eventually things came together. Nadene told me exactly what was going on at every step, and she was optimistic and kind throughout.
