Urgent Help

We have an urgent navigation option for families in crisis

We define “urgent” as:
Hospital admission or discharge
Sudden change in care needs
Unexpected discharge or billing notices or patient rights concerns
We are not emergency responders. For medical emergencies, call 911.

We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. All medical questions should be directed at a licensed healthcare provider. Our role is limited to non-medical advocacy, coordination, and logistical support.
